Refund Policy
The Tools Network offers a one hundred percent (100%) 10 day money back guarantee for all retail customers on all products except where listed below. If a customer purchased a product from a The Tools Network distributor, the customer must return the product or request cancelation to The Tools Network and request a refund, replacement or exchange. If a distributor is unsatisfied with any The Tools Network product purchased for personal use, the distributor may request a refund within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase for a one hundred percent (100%) refund. After this 15 day period no refunds are offered. If a rep chooses to cancel, their products purchased, will remain active for the remainder of the monthly cycle until their next schedule renewal and at that time their tool will be canceled and no further charges apply. The Electronic Business Card will have NO refund policy due to the inherent nature of the product’s ability to be immediately created and burned to disk. All EBC sales will be final. The purchase process CLEARLY states this.
