With over 60 years of combined experience in Direct Sales, Advertising, Business Management and Accounting, Jim & Carole Moore and OH Brown, formed a partnership with a goal to provide online marketing solutions for Network Marketing companies and their distributors.
 

Our video marketing systems have been enthusiastically endorsed by network marketing companies, their owners, leaders, teams and individuals across the globe, generating millions of dollars in sales for these clients – virtually on autopilot.
 

Based on constant customer demands from our clients -- who expressed an interest in marketing our systems, the heart-beat and evolution of TheToolsNetwork began … but tragically would be delayed, as the Lord called Carole back home.

 
With broken hearts from Carole’s passing -- Jim and OH -- continue on with Carole’s wishes to launch TheToolsNetwork.  A company that Carole believed in her heart could change the world and afford others with the financial and spiritual peace of mind that she and Jim enjoyed together for 34 years.
 

Today, with Carole appointed as TheToolsNetwork Guardian Angel, her husband Jim as the CEO and O.H. Brown as President, formed a team and a company with a heart, that is committed to offer the best business tools and marketing solutions to those who join with us.

 
TheToolsNetwork also consists of highly experienced Board of Advisors, including our Legal Counsel (specializing in MLM law), CPA's, Top Networking and Direct Sales Professionals, Sales Managers, Risk Assessment Manager, Business Analyst, Marketing Professionals, Internet Specialists, Web Developers, and an SEO Expert.

 
 
Jim Moore, (CEO), has over 30 years of experience in network marketing and direct sales.  Many years ago, Jim was involved in an international networking marketing company.  Although Jim spent years working with this company he never really saw a huge income.  He was approached by another network marketing company which he applied the same work ethics and ambition and found huge success.  Jim was able to build a team with over 200,000 people.   Since then, Jim has been on a mission to research and develop programs that helped others become successful in network marketing.  Why is it that some people can get to the top income levels?  Why do some fail or struggle with one company and find huge success with other companies?  Jim learned the "secrets" that the top earners used to achieve success.  Jim has a passion for helping others.  He wants to share these skills and secrets with others so they will stop "struggling" or always "fall short" of success and short of that income they need and want.  "Now it is time for everyone to achieve success and help others do the same," according to Jim Moore, "We are going to make this world just a little bit better!"  Jim is on a mission to help others achieve their goals, by either helping them with their current company and creating another income stream at the same time, or helping them achieve those higher paychecks with the satisfaction that the "average" person can finally come home to the company with a heart which will help them achieve their goals once and for all!

 

O.H. Brown, (President), has many years in the network marketing and direct sales industry.  O.H. experienced large paychecks in several networking companies only to find company and leadership disorganization which caused discouragement in the field and eventually a smaller and smaller paycheck.  He achieved instant success in some of the companies.  However, this success was in "recruiting" and within 90 days, he found himself struggling again to get to the income levels he wanted to achieve.  O.H. was determined to "figure this thing out."  What he discovered were large upfront fees which emphasized recruiting and large auto ship charges that actually created the individuals income.  When people got discouraged by a weak leg, a break away, or the company had no compression, causing weak spots in your compensation, they just quit, and who could blame them?  O.H. has found out the "good, bad and ugly" of network marketing.  This includes product cost, marketing, type of product (field rep required to keep inventory), compensation plan, subscription based product, lack of a simple way to explain product and/or company, and if the "average person" could be successful with these factors affecting their paycheck.  O.H. realized that, although he achieved high 5-figure incomes, he never achieved the success that was "talked about" by the "leaders" in each company.  O.H. said, "The result of these occurrences opened my eyes to an industry that I found I could change for the better, and The Tools Network, I believe will be the answer to prayer for those who are seeking inner peace and financial independence.”

 

The company has aligned with 25 key leaders in the network marketing industry, called the Star Alliance. These are true "leaders" who have experienced true success as top tier leaders with a variety of companies.  Each of the leaders within the Star Alliance understand that you need to mentor and teach your team a "simple" system.  None of the Star Alliance is required to leave their current company or business affiliation.  The company actually encourages them to use the tools offered to help out their current field reps and allow them to create a secondary income.  The 25 Star Alliance leaders have been hand selected by the owners because of their proven track record in leadership, helping others become successful and earning no less than a 6-figure income in direct sales and network marketing.  The Star Alliance will establish 10 key leaders on each of their teams (referred to as "founders") to complete a cycle of a total of 275 key network marketing professionals.  These professionals will accentuate the leadership already in place to assure that the field gets adequate training and support.   Most companies have 1 to 5 networking professionals that become their "Master distributors."  The company understands that it takes more than 1-5 people to lead a successful company and by surrounding themselves with the Board of Advisors and the key leaders (totaling 275), there will be plenty of support for the field, increasing the "odds" of success so that everyone can get to the income they have been trying to achieve.

For well over a year, the creative minds within this team have created from A to Z solutions in producing exceptional video platforms that automate product sales, animate complex compensation plans, and simplify distributor training for several network marketing companies.

 

The end result – distributors were able to focus on increasing sales.  The company was able to focus on product development and distribution, and spend significantly less time handling distributor support issues – which saved everyone money and frustrations.

  

News regarding the simplicity of their systems spread fast, as other companies approached them for similar systems, including top income earners who funded systems to support their teams.

 

Popularity of their work continued by word of mouth, and questions began to arise if the company had an affiliate type of program to reward those who were recommending systems to their teams..  At the time, the company did not have an affiliate program in place.  That is, until the evolution of The Tools Network.

 

The foundation of "The Tools Network" would allow its distributors the opportunity to earn commissions on the sales of a variety of videos, replication systems and other business building tools to others in the network marketing industry, including small and large business owners.
