The Quad Vortex Comp Plan

The concept of the quad vortex is designed to be fairest compensation program in the industry. Whether you are new to the networking industry or a seasoned expert; with minimal effort, you can generate substantial income.

The Tools Network^tm offers various digital type products for sale ranging from $15.00 per month to $499.00 one time. We pay a 25 to 50% commission on each of these products. This could be a monthly recurring subscription in which you earn this commission over and over or it could be a onetime sale generating one payment. We pay weekly on all sales generated the previous week.

To help you jump start into profit you may earn a one-time $75 commission on each rep you enroll into the Tools Network To motivate your sponsor and his/her sponsor to help you, they earn will earn a bonus. $15.00 will be paid to your sponsor, and $10 will be paid to your sponsor’s sponsor.

Commissions are based upon the total Sales Volume generated by each rep on a weekly basis and what Vortex that rep is positioned in during that week.

100% of the dollar volume of all products purchased by a rep and 25% of the dollar volume of all products sold to customers by a rep constitute Total Sales Volume.

Sales Volume per rep will vary from week to week based upon subscriptions they have purchased and subscriptions they have sold to other customers.

Ex: Rep A purchases the BizPagePro Subscription for $49.95/mo and he also generates 2 customers that purchase the BizPagePro Tool and a third customer that buys a 1Vid Generic Capture Page subscription. Total Sales Volume would be calculated as follows.

1 Subscription of the rep for: $49.95/mo
2 BizPagePro Customer Subscriptions at $49.95/mo x 25% = $24.98
1 1Vid Generic Capture Page Subscription at $15.00/mo x 25% = $3.75

Total Sales Volume for Rep A would be $78.68

The 1st Vortex pays up to 5% commission on each Reps sales volume and comprises of your entire team down thru 6 levels. You may enroll as many people as you can. Our structure limits the width to 6 wide frontline and Spills over any more you enroll to your team in the lower levels or any from your upline. Personal Sponsoring is NOT REQUIRED but obviously encouraged. By just taking a position and getting starting you will earn a 1% commission on everyone in your team down thru 6 levels. Over time, this could develop to just under 56,000 reps and using a sales volume of $49.95 could represent just under $28,000 per month in residual income. Want to earn more? Engage and recruit new reps & customers into your business and teach them to do the same. To earn 2% on all business in this Vortex have at least 3 Active Personally Enrolled Reps. To earn 3% achieve 8 Active Personally Enrolled Reps. 4% requires 15 Active Personally Enrolled Reps and 5% requires 30 Active Personally Enrolled Reps. With just this Vortex alone the possibilities are endless.

This Vortex comprises of your frontline reps that reside in positions 3, 4, 5, & 6. Here you will earn a 35% commission on each rep’s total Sales Volume and you will earn a 35% commission on the Sales Volume of their first two recruits and their 2 and so on, through infinity – NO limits on depth! You can personally enroll as many people as you desire and teach your team to do the same.

This vortex is created when anyone in your 2nd vortex recruits their 3rd person. That person and their first two through infinity fall into the 3rd vortex. Here you will earn a 5% commission on the total Sales Volume of each of these reps. To qualify for this Vortex you must maintain 8 active reps or customers or any combination of the two.

This vortex is created when anyone in your 2nd vortex recruits their 4th person. That person and their first two through infinity fall into the 3rd vortex. Here you will earn a 5% commission on the total Sales Volume of each of these reps. To qualify for this Vortex you must maintain 15 active reps or customers or any combination of the two.

Weekly Rotation makes the Quad Vortextm math model the MOST fair. This sequence occurs once per week, Friday at midnight. Your front line recruits and their entire teams rotate one position from right to left. Your first recruit (and their team) will roll out of position 1 and to the farthest position which is position 6. Remember, only 6 frontline reps reside in this model. You may recruit as many as you wish but only 6 frontline. Your second recruit (and their team) shifts left 1 position from position 2 to position 1. Position 2 is next filled by your rep in position 3 and so on. Any other frontline recruits and their team move to the left 1 position. This rotational movement happens on EVERY level and while your entire team stays under you, your frontline recruit’s teams are also rotating and their frontline is rotating and so one through infinity.

Ex: let’s say you had 5 front line recruits in positions 1 – 5. They are ALL in the 1st Vortex and since you have personally sponsored 1 you are entitled to a 2% commission on all rep’s Sales Volume. The reps I positions 3, 4, & 5 are also in vortex 2. We will call them Allison, Bill, Claire, Dave, Ed – All in Vortex 1 – and C,D,& E in vortex 2. When rotation occurs everything moves from right to left. A goes to where E was, B to where A was, C to B, D to C and E to D. Keep in mind this is not only them but their entire team moves and their team also rotates.

Your Weekly Commissions are calculated based upon the Sales Volume of each rep in their respective Vortex that is successfully generated or renewed during the business week which starts at 12:00:00 am EST every Saturday and ends at 11:59:59 EST every Friday. If a renewal draft fails that week you will NOT be paid for that renewal (hence the term "successful”).

Spillover is never guaranteed by highly possible. Due to our limiting the width of your frontline to 6 you can be blessed OR be a blessing to others by additional recruiting after your frontline 6. We encourage you to engage and never bank on your business success on what someone else does. We believe in the philosophy of; “If it is to be, it’s up to me”.

Our commitment to your growth has never been stronger as we guarantee we will payout 50% of all monthly subscriptions back to the field. Each week, when we calculate the commissions to be paid; any difference between the payout up to 50% will be set aside into a bonus pool that will be distributed once per month for the previous month’s activities to all reps that qualify. To qualify, you must first maintain an active Tools Network subscription. To reward fairly to those that deserve this, we have established a point system based upon key activities.

Each week we will take 50% of our total subscriptions and subtract the commission generated by the Quad Vortex Comp plan. The balance will be pooled together with future weeks and once per month be shared with those that qualify.

Qualification is based upon personal efforts of Customer Sales and New Rep Enrollments. We will split the total pool into 4 smaller pools and allow each rep to qualify for all 4 pools based upon personal efforts.

The pools are as follows:

If you have successfully enrolled 20 or more new reps and/or customers you will qualify for 1 share of each pool. On or around the 10th of the following month after time to audit all business we will announce the qualifiers of each pool and post into their EWallet the bonuses per share.
